FAQs

We’ve heard it all — here’s what people are really asking behind the scenes.

What makes the AR 650 different from the AR 500?

The AR 650 shares the same larger footprint as the AR 1250, making it the right choice when your load size is physically large but doesn't weigh as much as a full 1250 kg payload. If you're handling oversized trolleys, wide unit loads, or bulky structures that need a bigger base to sit stably on the robot, the AR 650 is the fit  even if the weight itself could technically be handled by a smaller model.

Can the AR 650 be used for both manufacturing and warehouse operations?

Yes. The AR 650 supports top modules covering trolley lifting, cobot integration, belt and roller conveyor transfer, and custom unit load handling making it suitable for line-side replenishment in manufacturing as well as carton and tote movement in warehouse environments, often within the same deployment.

How long can the AR 650 run before it needs to charge?

The AR 650 uses opportunity charging  it tops up its battery between tasks at designated charging points rather than stopping for a full charge cycle. This allows it to run through shifts without interrupting operations. Contact ANSCER's solutions team for runtime specs specific to your duty cycle.

What happens if the AR 650 encounters an unexpected obstacle mid-mission?

The AR 650 dynamically reroutes around the obstacle in real time using its SLAM navigation and LiDAR sensors. It does not stop and wait like a traditional AGV. If no alternative route is available, it pauses safely and alerts the fleet system through ANSCER Fleet until the path is clear.
