The Human Resources function will:

  • Communicate this Policy to all employees
  • Support awareness and compliance
  • Periodically review and update the Policy as required

11. POLICY REVIEW

This Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws, organizational changes, and evolving best practices.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian laws. For employees or engagements outside India, relevant local labor laws shall also apply as required.
